Agreement Overview and Ownership Structure
SocialMediaPosts.com.au operates as a subsidiary of Social Reach, a wholly-owned business entity. Social Reach serves as the direct owner and managing entity of SocialMediaPosts.com.au, overseeing all operational, managerial, and strategic decisions related to the brand.
Social Reach, in turn, is owned and operated by its parent company, Australian Directory Services Pty Ltd, an Australian registered corporation. As the parent company, Australian Directory Services Pty Ltd holds full ownership of Social Reach, providing oversight and support for its subsidiaries, including SocialMediaPosts.com.au.
This structure ensures that SocialMediaPosts.com.au benefits from the expertise, resources, and governance provided by Australian Directory Services Pty Ltd through its ownership of Social Reach.
By using SocialMediaPosts.com.au, you agree to these terms and conditions. The Agreement takes effect when you submit your service order.
1. Services
1.1 Service Scope
SocialMediaPosts.com.au provides the services outlined on our website. Please review and understand these terms before engaging our services.
1.2 Third-Party Platform Issues
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by platform issues (e.g., password changes or disconnections). Notify us of account changes promptly. Missed posts due to client-related issues will be rescheduled but are not grounds for refunds.
1.3 Exclusion Terms
Sponsored marketing requires a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to your next renewal date. There are no lock-in contracts, so you can cancel at any time as long as this notice period is provided. Once notice is given, one final payment will be charged on your next renewal, and services will continue for 30 days after that final payment.
2. Our Responsibilities
2.1 Service Delivery
We’ll deliver services as per our policies. We may adjust our policies, including pricing, at our discretion. Existing plans may remain available at our sole discretion.
3. Payments and Cancellations
3.1 Payment Terms
Fees are payable in advance. Your card will be billed monthly. Non-payment pauses services but does not waive fees.
3.2 Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days from commencement, meaning the first 14 days after you’ve signed up with us. No refunds will be issued after this period. Published content is non-transferable post-refund.
3.3 Cancellation
Termination requires written notice at least 30 days prior to the next renewal date. One final subscription fee will be payable, and services will continue until the conclusion of the paid term. Notice does not waive the final billing period.
3.4 Onboarding Delays
If onboarding delays exceed 10 business days due to our fault, billing adjustments will ensure a full-service month.
4. Content Management
4.1 Posting & Approval
If approval is required, clients must respond within two days; otherwise, content will not go live on the platform and SocialMediaPosts.com.au will not be held accountable in any way for missed posts due to lack of client taking action to approve posts in time. For automatic posting plans, clients accept responsibility for any errors. A replacement post may be offered as a courtesy.
4.2 Posts, Blogs, Articles, and Reels
Two rounds of revisions are included; additional changes may incur fees.
5. Support
After an initial free consultation and onboarding call, support is available via email, or book a 15 minute call. To keep costs affordable, and productivity at its peak, we will not accept incoming calls without a booking being made via the social reach website:

6. Risks and Responsibilities
6.1 Account Risks
Clients are responsible for regular account logins to avoid issues like suspension or deletion by third-party platforms.
6.2 Content Ownership
Clients are liable for copyright compliance for all provided or published content they have supplied for their post creations.
7. Liability
SocialMediaPosts.com.au is not responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits. Our maximum liability is limited to the
previous month's service fee.
8. General Terms
This Agreement is governed by Australian Consumer Law. Changes to these terms will be communicated via email.
9. Credit Card Disputes
All services are paused during credit card disputes. For quicker resolutions, contact us directly.
